Kay & Co. Commercial Real Estate ("Kay & Co.," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to information when you visit kaycocre.com.
Information you provide to us
If you use the contact form on our site, you may enter your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, and a message. That form does not transmit your information to a server we operate. Instead, it opens a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed to info@kaycocre.com. Nothing is sent to us unless you review that draft and choose to send it — at which point it reaches us the same way any email would, through your own email provider.
We use whatever information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry — scheduling a consultation, answering a question, or following up on a listing. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Information collected automatically
This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers of any kind. We do not track your browsing activity on this site or across other sites.
The one automatic exception: this page's typography is loaded from Google Fonts, a font-hosting service. Loading those fonts causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may receive standard technical information such as your IP address as part of that request. This is a routine part of how web fonts are delivered and is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours.
Third-party links
Our site links out to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, as well as to the Texas Real Estate Commission's official forms and website. Once you leave kaycocre.com, that site's own privacy policy applies — we don't control and aren't responsible for how those third parties handle your information.
How we protect information
Because our contact form doesn't route through a server or database we maintain, there is no stored database of website inquiries for us to secure or lose. Any inquiry you send us lives in your inbox and ours, like any other email, and is subject to the security practices of our respective email providers.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for commercial real estate professionals, investors, and business inquiries. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
You're always free to browse this site without submitting the contact form. If you've already emailed us and would like us to delete that correspondence from our records, contact us using the information below and we'll honor that request.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information ever changes — for example, if we add analytics or a booking tool in the future — we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
